2005 Outstanding County

We had another first this year in the category of Outstanding County. Again this year, the award criteria were objective measures off of the calendar year end Monthly Monitoring and Compliance & Performance reports. This year the committee felt there was truly one outstanding county. While we wish to mention and applaud our best large and medium counties, we have no plaque or certificate for them. Please recognize Las Animas and Arapahoe counties.

If you haven’t been paying attention, that leaves our outstanding county to be selected from a pool of small counties. This year’s award, however, has no size distinction.
