2007 Outstanding Medium County

The medium county competition was the tightest race this year. Our recipient county diligently worked their MMR and super-reports each month, which resulted in being the most improved in four categories related to contempts and interstate actions. Both of which were specifically mentioned by the administrator as reasons for their success.

In addition, the county uses a “Getting Results” procedure which guides the case worker in completely working the case when it’s touched rather than just answering the customer’s inquiry. Both workers specifically planned a schedule each month of what daily tasks they would do in addition to handling the normal walk-ins and calls.
