2007 Outstanding Small County

First the small county award. Last year our Top Gun was the home run king in four of fourteen categories. This year their performance was best in six categories and only one was a repeat from last year.

The one worker in this county felt that her performance was based on an increase in the use of more contacts with NCP, both by phone and mail. Those that had stopped paying received an appointment letter to come with a payment and, if unemployed, a list of job contacts. She also instituted a policy of establishing only two years of arrears and is forgiving arrears debt more.
