Colorado CSE

The mission of the Colorado Division of Child Support Enforcement (CO CSE) is to assure that all children receive financial and medical support from each parent. This is accomplished by locating each parent, establishing paternity and support obligations, and enforcing those obligations. This site provides explanations, instructions, and forms related to child support topics as they relate to the program in Colorado.


WICSEC

The Western Interstate Child Support Enforcement Council (WICSEC) is an organization of public and private child support professionals west of the Mississippi. The CFSC Board thanks Mike Williams, President of WICSEC, for permission to share the graphic design of their site. We are also indebted to Mr. Jamie Luetjen of PSI who was the graphic designer retained by WICSEC and ERICSA to design their sites.


ERICSA

The Eastern Regional Interstate Child Support Association (ERICSA) is an organization of public and private child support professionals east of the Mississippi. The CFSC Board thanks Jim Dingledine, President of ERICSA, for permission to share the graphic design of their site. Both ERICSA and WICSEC offer excellent conferences and a fine link list from their websites.


OCSE

The federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is a rich source of material related to federal policy and regulations.


OCSE IRG

The federal Office of Child Support Enforcement publishes the Intergovernmental Referral Guide (IRG) online.


NECSRS

The National Electronic Child Support Resource System (NECSRS) is the resource portion of the OCSE site. All official communications distributed to the states can be found here. Links to each of the states provides an excellent one-stop shop for all things related to child support.


NCSEA

The National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) is the voice of the child support community. As expected, the site contains a lot of material related to the national conference. In addition, material on other training topics and information about child support worker certification can be found here.


NTCSA

The National Tribal Child Support Association (NTCSA) serves as a resource to Native American child support programs.


NTJRC

The National Tribal Justice Resource Center (NTJRC) has a legal issues page for Native American child support programs with excellent links to tribal, federal, and state resources.


CSE Handbook

The Federal Citizen Information Center (FCIC) has a child support handbook produced by OCSE available to the public from the Pueblo information center.


CSE Event Calendar

The Dept. of Defense provides a web site to determine active military status for emancipation.


Colorado Judiciary

The Colorado Judicial Department offers self help on child support and pro se forms.


Secy of State

The Colorado Secretary of State offers the Code of Colorado Regulations (CCR) online. Child support professionals are often interested in volume 6 which relates to child support.


Dept. of Labor

The Colorado Department of Labor offers unemployment rates.
