Registration

We offer two methods of registration:

  1. You may print the registration form and mail it to CFSC with your payment.
  2. You may submit your registration online .

We can only accept online registrations until May 1st. Your payment must be postmarked by May 1st and must include:

  • the county name,
  • phone number, and
  • the names of those registered for the conference.
