Browsing (Non-personal information)

This tracking system does NOT record information about individuals. We use this information to monitor traffic on our site and to help us improve the site.

The email system of our web hosting service is limited to a few mailboxes with a cfscinc.org suffix. If you send us email, the message will usually contain your return address. Interactive Forms (Web Forms)

We request information when you fill out web forms, and correspond with us. Forms that request information from you will clearly indicate information that is required, such as name and mailing address, and any information that is optional. It will be clear when you are on a part of our site that requires personal information, because we will ask you for it. You should assume the information you provide is transmitted to us without encryption and, thus, carries a risk of exposure. Information that you submit through such forms is used only for the specific purpose for which it is intended including, but not limited to, creation of name badges, contact lists of our membership, control lists for conference registration, room volumes, and catering counts, determination of website access rights, and demographic stratification of survey results. Exhibitors have paid for the right to be members of CFSC and may use information available to the general membership for marketing purposes. We will disclose personal information about our members and visitors when required by law enforcement or statute.
