Welcome to the 2023 Annual CFSC Conference, marking our 49th year of dedicated service to Colorado Child Support professionals!
First and foremost, I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our exceptional board for their tireless efforts in organizing numerous sessions, preparing to honor deserving award recipients, securing valuable vendor sponsorships, coordinating charity work, and creating an unforgettable entertainment night, among many other tasks. Their hard work has culminated in yet another conference filled with unique experiences. Their commitment doesn't end here; they will be tirelessly available throughout the next several days. I encourage you all to take a moment to express your thanks to them for curating this remarkable event. Also, don't hesitate to inquire about joining the board next year!
This year's theme is "Take a Chance", which personally resonates with me, as I did just that last year.
I'd like to extend special thanks to Katelyn Decker from Arapahoe County for crafting our wonderful logo this year - it speaks volumes! Embodying the essence of the theme, we urge you to take a chance on whatever you've been contemplating. It could be pursuing a job you've always wanted, ticking off an item from your bucket list, or having a courageous conversation that's been weighing on your mind.
Let this conference be an opportunity to embrace new experiences, meet new people, dance the night away at our entertainment night TONIGHT, and attend sessions that might be out of your usual comfort zone. This moment is ours to seize, and I firmly believe that our CSS Team can continue to be the best in the country (and I promise you, that's no exaggeration) by embracing courage and being open to taking chances!
