CFSC Awards!
Nominate Your Co-Workers!

Recognize Excellence. Celebrate Your Peers.

Great work deserves to be recognized! CFSC Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the individuals who make a meaningful difference through their dedication, leadership, innovation, teamwork, and commitment to those we serve.

Think about the colleagues who go above and beyond, inspire others, quietly make things better, or consistently demonstrate the values that strengthen our work. This is your opportunity to make sure their contributions are seen and celebrated.

Take a few moments to nominate a deserving peer for a CFSC Award. Share what makes them exceptional, provide examples of their impact, and help us recognize the people who make a difference every day.

See the impact. Recognize the effort. Nominate someone exceptional.

If someone comes to mind as you read these award descriptions, nominate them.
Your nomination helps CFSC recognize the individuals whose work, leadership, and dedication deserve to be celebrated.

⭐ Tips for a Great Nomination

Help your nominee shine! A strong nomination goes beyond saying someone is great—it tells us why they deserve to be recognized.
  • Be specific. Share real examples of what the nominee has done.
  • Describe their impact. Tell us how their actions made a difference for coworkers, clients, their organization, or the community.
  • Tell their story. Highlight accomplishments, challenges overcome, leadership demonstrated, or ways they have gone above and beyond.
  • Focus on the award criteria. Connect your examples to the qualities the award is intended to recognize.
  • Don’t assume we already know. The selection committee can only evaluate what is included in the nomination, so include the details that make your nominee exceptional.
Your words help tell their story—make them count! 💜⭐
