​Just a little reminder to the conference attendees.

Conference attendees must register in order to attend. 
Conference Registration Includes the following meals and activities (for the registrant, only):

  • Sunday: President's Reception (serving light hors d'oeuvres) 
  • Monday: State Awards Luncheon; Morning and Afternoon Breaks; Monday Night Dinner; Entertainment Night
  • Tuesday: CFSC Awards Banquet; Morning and Afternoon Breaks; CFSC Business Meeting​​

​Conference Registration Also Includes
  • Badge and Conference SWAG
  • Admittance to Conference Sessions and Online Access to Conference Materials
  • Access to Conference Vendor and Sponsor Area

Exhibitors, please check with the Vendor Committee chairperson for your costs.

CFSC Conference Cancellation Policy:

Conference Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
Conference Registration is transferrable - not refundable.
Conference Registration Payment
  • Acceptable payment methods are specified on the registration webpage for each Conference. Full payment must be received prior to the Conference in order to gain entry.
  • Your submission of a registration, whether online, by email, or telephone, constitutes your official registration and intent to attend the Conference.
  • Online registration and payment processing are provided through a third-party payment processing service that uses encryption software to protect payment information and the transmission of Registrant data.

All Cancellations of Hotel Reservations, must be addressed with the Hotel directly, and are subject to their Policies and Procedures. CFSC is not responsible for attendee hotel registrations.
