Proposed Bylaw Changes:
There is currently one pending by-law change to be voted on at this year's CFSC Meeting;
The amendment is made to section 2.5 (3)(c). The additional language is in red.
No more than five (5) employees from any one entity shall serve on the Board of Directors at any one time. The Board may vote to allow more than 5 employees from any one entity when fewer than 12 member at large nominations are received.
